PCTFE 
​(Polychlorotrifluoroethylene)

3F (PCTFE) can be processed into a product of any shape by each molding of injection, extrusion, and compression, and is one of the fluorine resins with characteristics similar to 4F (PTFE) in mechanical properties. It has high tensile strength, heat resistance, and transparency due to its excellent chemical resistance.

PCTFE Coated Products
Develop a process for applying a uniform Polychlorotrifluoroethylene coating on metallic or polymer substrates. The coating should be non-reactive, provide excellent corrosion resistance, and adhere strongly to the substrate. Target applications include protective coatings for chemical processing equipment, aerospace components, and medical devices.

PCTFE Rods
Produce cylindrical rods of Polychlorotrifluoroethylene with diameters between 10 mm and 100 mm and lengths up to 1 meter. Maintain uniform cross-sectional dimensions with a polished surface finish to reduce friction. The rods should exhibit excellent machinability, making them ideal for precision components such as valve seats, seals, and bushings in aerospace and cryogenic environments.


PCTFE Films
Fabricate thin, flexible films of Polychlorotrifluoroethylene with thicknesses ranging from 0.01 mm to 0.5 mm. Prioritize transparency and optical clarity while ensuring low gas permeability and moisture barrier properties. These films should withstand harsh chemical environments and serve as protective layers for sensitive electronics or cryogenic packaging applications.
